Holistic health means looking at the whole you … not just how much kale you eat, or how many days a week you workout at the gym, as often this alone isn’t enough for your desired results.

My focus is on healing and prevention rather than solely treating the symptoms of dis-ease

Holistic well-being involves balancing your inner and outer health.  My approach is no-fuss and simple:

  • Addressing food cravings without deprivation.
  • Considering your bio-individuality – what’s right for you.
  • Introducing new habits in a way that’s manageable and sustainable.
  • Encouraging you to value yourself enough to prioritize self-care.

I offer one-off consults, a 6-month program, group workshops and corporate wellness sessions.

My specialty areas are women’s health and child health, and I have a particular interest in working with children who have learning/social disorders and behavioural issues.

  • Unlimited email support between fortnightly sessions.
  • Written summary and actions points following each session.
  • Simple healthy recipes.
  • Virtual pantry makeover.
  • Handouts and or links specific to your needs and goals.
  • Access to the ‘Inner Nutshell Wellness Warriors’ closed facebook community for inspiration and additional support.

$80./session (fortnight) = $160./month = $960.

Discount of $50. for payment in full upfront = $910. for 6 months of life-changing transformation!

3-month group workshop includes:

Quarterly group workshops will be held either locally or online, on various topics such as:

  • Sugar blues
  • Hormones and happiness

Back on track!

Busy Mum!

As a busy Mum of four, with one child on the Autism spectrum and two with multiple food sensitivities I didn’t know where, or how to start on getting us healthy.
