Sound, sensible advice
Just wanted to thank you again for your sound, sensible advice. I’ve been eating more greens, cutting back on the alcohol and coffee and de-stressing (eg relaxing). I’ve started composting with my worm farm and bought a mobile vege garden for my deck. I feel great and in control of my health. Thanks so much.

Back on track!
I’d tried so many times to get my health back on track. My main concerns were sore muscles, stiff, achy joints and weakness. Early on Sarah identified areas to work on and in no time the aches and pains had vanished. I now have increased energy and stronger immunity.
